Actuarial Change Specialist
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you passionate about improving processes and working with diverse stakeholders? If so, this is the job for you!
We have an exciting opportunity for an Actuarial Change Specialist on a 12-month contract. You'll help transform our reporting approach for our UK Insurance Wealth Retirement (IWR) by simplifying and speeding up the production of manuals. This is a great job for someone looking to make a significant impact and drive meaningful change!
A bit about the job:
This role is key to our business as you will support our UK Insurance Wealth Retirement (IWR) Vision Project and workstream. You will be tasked with producing a governance framework that will set the scene for how we improve the production of manuals. You will be working closely with key stakeholders in the Insights team and External reporting teams to get to a positive outcome. This will necessitate effective communication and influencing skills.
Your other responsibilities will include supporting the fixing of manuals which covers many dimensions as the root cause can be varied. This will involve being able to get to the bottom of what is driving a manual and how to effectively fix it. This will necessitate strong problem-solving skills.
To be effective you will need to learn fast and become familiar with IWR's reporting process.
