We are a well-established and growing vehicle rental company, managing a fleet of 400–500 external vehicles and serving a strong client base. We are looking for a highly professional, strategic, and experienced individual to:
1. Lead operations
2. Drive sales & revenue
3. Ensure financial efficiency
4. Expand the business

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Operations Management
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental fleet
o Ensure smooth, cost-effective, and efficient fleet management
o Manage vehicle availability, maintenance, and customer service
o Implement strategies to optimize performance
2. Sales, Business Development & Growth
o Seek new rental partners & clients to expand the business
o Negotiate & secure contracts with corporate clients
o Generate leads, close deals & increase revenue
o Build strong, long-term client relationships
3. Financial & Accounting Oversight
o Take full control of financial management
o Monitor budgets, expenditures & profitability
o Provide detailed monthly financial reports
o Ensure accurate & timely invoicing & payment tracking
4. Leadership & Strategy
o Lead & motivate teams to achieve sales & operational goals
o Identify and implement new business opportunities
o Stay ahead of market trends & competitor strategies
