What You’ll Be Doing
VMWare & Virtualisation Management:
* Deploy, configure, and maintain VMWare vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Horizon.
* Manage virtual desktops and optimise resource allocation across the environment.
* Ensure high availability (HA) and fault tolerance for business-critical applications.
Windows Server & Infrastructure Support:
* Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
* Work on storage solutions (SAN, NAS, iSCSI) and disaster recovery strategies.
Security & Compliance:
* Ensure the environment meets ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR standards.
* Manage firewall policies and support security hardening initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

* Infrastructure Security & Compliance: Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and best security practices.
* Networking Fundamentals: Knowledge of IPV4/6, VLANs, VPNs, Layer 2 & 3 switching, and firewalls.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with PowerShell, Ansible, or Python for automation.
* Cloud Knowledge: Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud networking.
* Firewall & Security Solutions: Knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or Palo Alto firewalls.
* Enterprise Monitoring & Logging Tools: Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar tools.
