Job Specification:
* Support the Marketing Director in the continued development and improvement of the Paid Social Strategy. UK & International
* Your focus will be to drive Paid Social channel performance forward. Taking ownership over the strategy, making impactful changes with a fearlessness of such change. Employing a solid test and learn approach
* Fully optimise Paid Social campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.
* This role will be supported by both the existing in house team – Paid Social/ Paid Media Executives as well as their Digital Agency.
* Multi-channel, but a key focus will be on Paid Social. Having fun with this channel and campaign content.
* Driving forward the strategy to make impacting change to brand awareness and customer engagement. Setting strategy and driving the team and agency with the activation.
* Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
