Supply Chain / Production Planner
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + pension AND MORE

This is a new role which has been created in response to the company's recent growth in volume and complexity of activity. * A starting salary of up to £30,000 - £35,000

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Chair daily internal production planning meeting.
* Continually review production plan to maintain line/tank capacity to ensure plans are achievable within known constraints.
* Management of inventory levels / slow moving stocks.
* Assist in management and continuous improvement of the export strategy, with goals to reduce financial risk.
* Previous experience within a FMCG environment with responsibility for planning/scheduling.
* Experience of importing/exporting from/to the far East / Europe / USA.
* Strong leadership capabilities.
* Work cross-functionally and with multidisciplinary teams.

* Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - Relates to all kinds of people, up, down and sideways. Builds appropriate rapport; builds constructive and effective relationships.
* Excellent organisational & coordination skills - Can marshal resources to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
