Your Key Responsibilities Outstanding Resident Care: Ensure every individual receives tailored, high-quality care that meets their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, home maintenance, and resource management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain high standards, ensuring full compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies. What You Bring Proven Leadership – Experience managing a residential or nursing home, with a track record of success. Clinical & Care Expertise – Strong knowledge of care planning, regulatory standards, and best practices.
