Product Manager
Product Managers are responsible for looking at the big picture of product development. They make sure that both the product itself and those that are creating it are meeting the required needs. This can mean working to ensure production is efficient, as well as that the product itself remains viable. Taking feedback from product users is also an important part of any Product Manager's job. It is also their responsibility to clearly communicate this feedback to the production team, and help deliver any improvements or changes moving forward.
Product Managers will often be required to have a degree at the very least. If this is in a field relevant to the business then all the better. That said, the role isn't as qualification focused as others, which means that with the right experience, Product Managers can come from a variety of backgrounds. Having a good understanding of the industry and potential users of a product goes a long way. It's also beneficial to have excellent communications skills, as Product Managers will generally be liaising with everyone from stakeholders to product development teams and product users.
