BOOKKEEPER/ ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR Our client, a Belfast based company located in East Belfast, are looking for a Bookkeeper to work in their busy office. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be required to ensure administration and accounts are maintained to a high level and the office provides a high level of customer service. THE ROLE: You will support the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following: Maintaining the Accounting system to include Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, invoicing, and lodgements. General administration. THE PERSON Minimum 3 years as a Bookkeeper, Finance Professional, or Administration Manager in a similar role. Accounts experience with the ability to help the Managing Director in the provision of financial data from the sales and purchase ledger and maintaining the company accounts. Excellent organisational and communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
