About the role
As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will collaborate with colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service, maintaining shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding your customers will enable you to offer the best service and build their loyalty to our brand for a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
* Proactively acknowledge customers, identify their needs, and meet their expectations, resolving queries or complaints effectively.
* Engage customers with the John Lewis brand and the supported brand through personalized and social marketing.
* Monitor sales performance and best sellers to support promotions and seasonal changes.
* Assist in creating and supporting marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
* Suggest ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Basic IT literacy skills.
* Strong communication skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience
* Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential. Training will be provided to ensure you perform at your best every day.
