In CTS site investigation division we have a clear pay banding structure that will determine your starting salary. This is not restrictive You will have the opportunity to work up the banding as you progress your career with CTS. Main duties We are looking for someone to join our Site Investigation team based from our Doncaster office. We want someone that is eager to learn and wants to progress within the industry. This is a great opportunity as you will be working alongside a Team Leader with vast experience, you would be able to learn from them every day in the role and hopefully progress yourself over time. The work is very hands-on, you would be out on clients’ sites every day, this could be commercial or residential development projects across the South of England. You would be supporting by carrying out tests/ surveys on the land to ensure clients are compliant with the specifications of their projects. Day to day responsibilities You will work closely with the Team Leader and support them where needed, this will also help you to gain knowledge from them and develop yourself as a Site Operative. You will help maintain the van and ensure it is always fully stocked with everything needed for the days work. All sites you visit will come with variations, you can expect to be involved in carrying out trial pits, boreholes and CCTV drainage surveys along with re-instatement of varying surfaces upon completion of the work. Knowledge & Experience We are looking for someone that is a great team player and resilient, excellent team work is key to offer out clients the best service possible. We want someone that would like to progress within the industry, continuous training will be provided to keep you up to speed with all processes and procedures. You must hold a current valid UK Driving License. Basic construction skills are advantageous.
