As an experienced HR Business Partner you will ideally be qualified to degree level or equivalent with Chartered Membership of the CIPD. Working within our Operations Team you will provide a customer focused HR advisory service, working in strategic partnership with senior management. You will also undertake disciplinary investigations, preparing and presenting reports to senior managers. With excellent communication skills, you will identify strategic HR options and solutions for the efficient and effective delivery of the Council and Service objectives.
This post is temporary until 31 May 2025 to cover maternity leave.
