Key Responsibilities Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients across various sectors Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments Managing and mentoring junior audit staff, providing training and guidance Reviewing audit files to ensure compliance with relevant regulations Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards Proven experience in managing audit teams and client relationships Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
