As an Account Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our customer base. You will be responsible for conducting quarterly proactive account reviews, identifying new upgrade and upsell opportunities, and providing consultative solutions to meet our customers’ business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quarterly proactive account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and pursue new upgrade and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through a consultative approach.
• Understand customer business needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Quarterly Account Reviews: Complete 100% of scheduled quarterly reviews with key accounts, including in person meetings.
• Upsell and Upgrade Opportunities: Identify and close new upgrade/upsell opportunities.
• Customer Retention Rate: Maintain a customer retention rate of 95% or higher.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets set by the business.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales account management, preferably in the IT and telecoms sector.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
