Course Team Leader: Sport Leadership Location: Bletchley Campus Hours: 37.5 Full Time Flexible Working: We welcome applications from those seeking flexible or part time hours Grade: CTL Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum Apprenticeships: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards Reporting To: Claire MacKintosh IN SHORT As a Sports Leadership Course Team Leader you will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning as well as a destination focused experience that will enable our leadership students to succeed in the ever-changing world of work. In addition, you will be required to maintain and develop course management to ensure the academic and holistic support of the students, enriching their experience using data to support you. The successful candidate will have direct experience in mentoring students as potential coaching and sports leaders and preferably hold a relevant degree. You will deliver student success through effective curriculum and lesson planning which meets individual learner needs as well as the expectations of employers and manage each student in their journey through their qualification. Our Leadership courses offer learners a wide range of opportunities to explore and understand the various employment prospects within sports, including PE teaching, Apprenticeships, coaching and volunteering and demonstrate an understanding of the demands and expectations that come with such careers. We work closely with employers to help them engage with and invest in talent development in ways that will support the local and national economy.
