Right now, we’re looking for a flexible worker to join our team of UK-based remote workers, supporting our in-house Partnerships team, for a fixed period of 12 months. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job and who wants the flexibility of working remotely combined with regular and flexible hours and you'll benefit from being part of an established remote team. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has great attention to detail, whilst being happy to work independently. What we need from you: Available to work 25 hours per week spread across 5 days (Mon-Fri) Have at least 3 A Levels (grade C) or experience commensurate to A Levels Friendly, positive and can-do manner Customer service experience and/or experience in managing a high volume inbox Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent written communication skills, fluent written English Are permanently based in, and have a right to work in the UK Have a computer and access to web connection What you’ll be doing: Responding to tickets in the Emerging Brands Inbox, replying to Advertiser emails promptly and efficiently Identifying the different requests and forwarding to the right stakeholders Maintaining strong relationships with retailers featured on VoucherCodes Investigating and resolving account issues in a friendly and professional manner Acting as a positive brand ambassador, helping our partners maximise their relationship with VoucherCodes What you’ll get from us: Competitive hourly rate A fully remote position Opportunity to join a well established and trusted brand Please submit your CV and a cover letter of why you would be a good fit for this role.
