We are working with a client in the BN12 area of West Sussex who are recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator
This position will be working as part of a small team, where you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations.
The job role of Project Support Coordinator will include the following duties:
* Producing and sending project specific documentation out to customers.
* Liaising with customers to ensure project pre-requisites are in place for start of project
* Ensuring documentation is returned from customers in advance of the projects starting
* Document Creation and Management
* Invoicing
* Approving Consultants’ Expenses
* Travel and Accommodation Bookings
* Management of consultant schedules
* General office admin
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualities:
* At least one year of experience in a project support or office administration role
* Excellent customer-facing skills over both email and telephone
* Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Strong skills in producing professional and well-structured documentation
* Strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time
* Ability to work as part of a small team but also be self-motivated to complete tasks on their own.
Package:
Basic Salary £18,000 – £20,000 (depending on experience)
Possibility of Flexible / home-working (after qualifying period)
