Job Description
Nixor is currently hiring for a Business Analyst who has experience working with Payroll or Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems to join a large household brand and help deliver their roadmap by acting as the conduit between the business and the in-house development team.
This BA role will sit within the HR / Payroll team and will work with business stakeholders to understand what changes or enhancements they are looking for from their P2P and Payroll system (ResourceLink).
Once you have taken the requirements, this role will then work with the developers to help drive through the changes, acting as a Project Manager to manage tickets and a Change Manager to help the business stakeholders adopt the changes as they come through.
This role is perfect for a Business Analyst who has Payroll or Purchase to Pay system experience and wants to expand their remit by incorporating some project and change management.
Any knowledge of ResourceLink would be advantageous, but any type of Payroll system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is acceptable.
The role will require 2 days a week in the office (one in Coventry, one in Solihull) with the rest of the week working from home.
This is initially a 12-month contract paying between £200 to £240 (£40,000 to £45,000 per annum), although there is scope for this role to continue beyond the initial 12 months.
