If so, Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies has a great opportunity for you We are recruiting to replace Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners who have progressed on to High intensity training. This role involves case managing a group of PWPs to ensure the quality of their work is maintained, facilitating clinical skills supervision groups, providing supervision as part of the duty team. You will be supporting our team of trainee and qualified PWPs as well as working closely with our step 2 leadership team. You will offer high volume evidence-based practice in Guided Self-help (Telephone, Digital or Face to Face) and contribute to the Psycho-educational Courses programme, working with people with common mental health problems. You could also be involved in other work streams or projects. In return we offer robust supervision from skilled supervisors and managers and ongoing Continuing Professional Development including an annual CPD budget for relevant external training courses. This role will require you to travel between community locations, you must therefore be comfortable with driving for work purposes and able to travel freely within the hours of the role. Staff wellbeing is a top priority - We have a very active, award winning, in-service wellbeing team and take a pride in our supportive, collaborative, and productive culture. The Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies service follows a hybrid working pattern, currently there is an expectation for staff to work a minimum of 2 days in a Trust office or clinic and 3 days from home with flexibility as and when required. Our two main bases are centrally located within Aylesbury and High Wycombe, and we use additional clinic space around the county. Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes is essential. Qualified PWPs are expected to comply with the national requirement effective from 10th June 2022, for PWP registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS) or the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
