Sales / Service Engineer (Food Machinery), Up to £45k commission and benefits We are working with a leading supplier of food processing machinery to recruit for their new Sales/Service Engineer who will play an important role in new business development and account management. The role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the food manufacturing industry. Working between office and road you will be representing a fantastic brand and recognised leading supplier. Promote and sell a range of capital food equipment and packaging solutions. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management. What we need from you: Experience of selling into the food process markets, with a genuine preference to those with experience of the red meat markets. Strong knowledge of capital food equipment products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
