We are seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Content Marketing to define, own, and develop the Investments content plan for a prestigious Private Bank. This pivotal role will focus on creating and implementing an insight-driven content strategy that aligns with the organization’s overarching goals and brand positioning, ultimately driving commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Define and oversee the Investments content plan, ensuring it supports the bank’s objectives and delivers high-quality thought leadership content that is relevant and engaging for our clients. Implementation and Delivery: Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including writing, editing, and producing various formats such as articles, videos, infographics, and static assets that resonate across multiple platforms and channels. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Digital, Media Relations, and Internal Communications teams to ensure targeted distribution of content that amplifies the bank’s goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling narratives that communicate the bank’s objectives and values effectively. Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance engagement and reach. Agency Management: Oversee third-party agencies and contractors as needed to support content marketing initiatives. Essential Qualifications: Background in investment management, asset management, private banking, or wealth management, with a strong understanding of journalism best practices. Proven experience managing content activation across multiple jurisdictions and leading large teams. Physical writing and content production experience, demonstrating a flair for crafting compelling narratives. Strong stakeholder management skills at senior levels within an organization. Desirable Skills: CFA or Certificate in Investment Management, or a degree in Finance combined with Marketing experience. A self-starter mindset, with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end results in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
