Employment Solicitor
Location: Cheltenham, Worcester, or Birmingham
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team within a highly regarded full-service firm. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a progressive and collaborative environment, with the chance to work on complex employment matters for a varied and longstanding client base.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. The role will involve:
* Advising on a wide range of employment matters including disciplinary and grievance issues, restructuring, TUPE, contracts, and policies.
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver practical, solution-focused advice.
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
* Getting involved in business development initiatives and cross-team opportunities across the firm.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Employment Solicitor with NQ - 4years’ PQE.
* Demonstrate sound technical knowledge and a proactive, commercial approach.
* Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently.
* Show excellent drafting and advisory skills.
* Have a collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building ability.
* Be organised, ambitious, and driven to contribute to a high-performing team.
