Operations Administrator Salary up to £25,000 Location – Gravesend Permanent position / Monday - Friday / 09:00am – 17:00pm Do you have experience within administration? Do you work well under pressure? Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Remedials Operations Administrator. The main purpose of this role is to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the fast-paced Remedials department daily. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience. Your responsibilities will include: Orders materials for approved works and arrange delivery to correct yard Arrange and organise works for remedials field operatives ensuring all works are booked in and arranged with the clients daily. Liaising with the Technical Team Members and Supervisor/Manager Liaising daily via phone call and email with contractors/clients and suppliers Working from a shared inbox and ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner Supporting other members of the internal scheduling team Operative will also step in and support with scheduling field operatives works if/when another team member is away from the business. The ideal candidate: Willingness to understand the drainage industry. Computer literate – Word, excel. Oral and written communication skills. A strong team player. The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload.
