About the Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team. As a key member of the SME Sales Team, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating appointments for our Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation, qualification, and engagement.
* Providing clear and comprehensive information about our products or services to address inquiries and build trust and rapport with prospects.
* Maintaining a continuous flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team within and supporting the sales process with effective lead management.
