Monarch Education is working with an Infant school in Northfield who is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our dedicated HUB. The HUB currently provides tailored support to approximately 7 SEN children aged between 4-7, primarily in Year 2.You will be working alongside external agencies, building IEP's as well as providing support and feedback for parents. Ideally this school are looking for someone ASAP however they will also consider candidates that are available after Easter onward. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure all children thrive. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes independence and confidence in our SEN students. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Special Educational Needs. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in early years or primary settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
