Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
So, what will you be doing?
* Reporting to the Senior Videographer and Editor, you will edit raw footage into professional-quality videos for paid social ads (mainly from UGC-style content shot on phones and some highly produced content)
* Partner closely with the Paid Social Lead to align video content with brand objectives
* Incorporate motion graphics and special effects into video projects
* Ensure all videos adhere to technical and creative standards
* Complete post-production for projects including grading, sound, encoding in different formats
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
* Organise, archive and label video assets for easy accessibility
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative ideas for video content

Minimum Requirements:
* Proactive, ambitious and energetic video creator, looking for the opportunity to make your mark and achieve something remarkable
* 4+ years of experience in video editing for brands, experience in beauty is a plus
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools
* Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing in video editing
* Experience with both highly-produced video and UGC-style content
* Experience with colour grading and sound design
* Knowledge of video compression and optimisation for web video
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills and strong creative problem-solving abilities
* Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality
* Experience optimising videos for different platforms and formats
* Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude
* Passion for storytelling, creating engaging and impactful video content
