Salary - £51,403 - £57,979 based on pay scale Lead Practitioner 1-6 (starting point on the scale dependent on experience)
Full time position working 08:30- 16:30, 5 days a week based in Chertsey
The Xavier Catholic Education Trust are looking to appoint an experienced and passionate individual to join the central Xavier Teaching School Hub and Teach SouthEast team. The role is to sit across two departments: ECF (Early Career Framework) and TDA (Teacher Degree Apprenticeship) within the Xavier Teaching School Hub, with the intention for two days to be spent on the TDA and 3 days on the ECF.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Passionate interest in educational research
* Experience in supporting Early Career and developing teachers
* Experience of successfully designing and leading the delivery of a school wide learning and teaching programme/ITT professional studies programme/CPD
