An opportunity has arisen for a volunteer to assist and support the Firearms and Explosive Licensing unit with admin tasks at Sussex Police HQ, Lewes.
The Role & Key Responsibilities

The Firearms and Explosive Licensing unit are a busy team and would welcome an admin volunteer to support them. The volunteer would experience how the Firearms and Explosive department runs.
Key responsibilites will be:
1. Generating letters
2. Keep spreadsheets updated
3. Supporting with finance operations in the department
4. Post duties
5. Check stationary stock levels in the department
Skills & Experience
6. General administration skills
7. Microsoft packages – ideally Word, Excel and Outlook
8. Experience of managing finance is desirable
