About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our surging Charity & Not for Profit team in London, taking over a high-growth potential marketing desk to work alongside our successful & established team. The opportunity will suit either an experienced recruiter looking to take a step up or a motivated salesperson who is looking for their first role in recruitment.
You will enjoy flexible hybrid working so you can enjoy working in town with all the life balance.
To be successful you will be a natural salesperson, be able to build relationships, enjoy negotiating with clients and winning new business.
How Will We Ensure Success?
* Focused Approach: Simplify the desk to concentrate on three key job titles.
* Warm Introductions: Facilitate introductions to our core clients through the established team.
* Training & Support: Select a credible hire and provide comprehensive training from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business development to build and establish new professional relationships.
* Selling and negotiating at multiple levels.
* Candidate resourcing and portfolio management.
* Complete 360 management of the recruitment process.
