Who will you be working with?
Reporting to Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Officer is required to assist the sales team to identify heat exchangers, utilizing equipment makes and models, OEM part numbers, and dimensional sketches whilst liaising with engineering to confirm sizing and performance. Is required to liaise with the sales, customers, and engineering to identify replacement heat exchangers and parts. Is responsible for calculating pricing and generating quotations for all heat exchangers, parts, and services. Is required to process all purchase orders and conduct in-house sales. A large part of the role is to manage customer queries and complaints. Customer Service is required to price and quote all parts utilizing software, stock control sheets.
Where is the position located?
This is a Permanent full-time position at Welshpool, WA.
What will your typical day look like?
1. Attends Lean and other meetings as required.
2. Collaborates with team members during team meetings.
3. Observes safe work practices and follows safety procedures.
4. Presents for work on time and in a fit state for all shifts.
5. Processes improvement projects and system audits within agreed time frames.
