The Role

This role focuses on overseeing team performance (circa 8), enhancing client relationships, and spearheading growth strategies in the automotive sector for our prestigious client Volkswagen Group. We're seeking an experienced professional with a track record of inspiring teams, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities in Sales Team Management
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the robust and well established sales team majority remotely or in a contact service centre or remotely to achieve and exceed targets through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic direction.
* Client Strategy Development: Develop and implement advanced client engagement strategies to secure new business and deepen current client relationships.
* Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
* Collaborative Planning: Work closely with all managers and teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team, encouraging creativity and innovation.
Experience and Skills Required for a Successful Sales Team Manager
* Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
