Commercial Broker
Barker Munro recruitment is assisting a professional and long established independent broker recruit an experienced Commercial Broker to join their direct team within a senior capacity. Handling varied Commercial accounts with premiums of up to around £10,000, this role offers exciting career prospects for those hoping to progress their career.
The key purpose of the role is to provide a quality service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, incorporating:
1. Pre-renewal and renewal processing
2. Claims handling
3. Mid-term adjustments
4. Premium collection
You will be required to actively support the activities of the New Business Executives and the Account Executives in order to support the growth of the business and identify any business development opportunities that arise, offering a first-class service to existing clients. Depending on your experience, this can be a Senior Adviser role, where you will act as a reference point to all Client Advisors and provide coaching on occasions to team members. You will be required to build professional and effective relationships with your allocated Clients, Insurers, and Loss Adjusters.
To be considered for this role, we are seeking candidates with commercial insurance experience, excellent customer service, and communication skills. You will have the ability to work without supervision, supervise others, and be approachable to provide help and assistance.
