German Language Customer Care Administrator
Mainly Home based, 1 day per month in the office in Cambridgeshire.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a fluent German or Swiss German speaker who enjoys Customer Care, Administration, and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other Customer Care Administrators who speak a variety of European languages. The Customer Care Administrator will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls, resolving customer queries from delivery to payment, and ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful Customer Care Administrator will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service and show that they have the following skills:
1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
2. Must be fluent in both oral and written English and one of: German or Swiss German.
3. Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers.
4. Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
5. Able to solve problems, have initiative, and be open to continuous improvement and learning.
This role will be home-based; however, candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month, which is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area.
