Job Description
1. Coordinating diaries for interviews and sending confirmation.
2. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
3. Advertising vacancies across various platforms.
4. Supporting with checking right to work documentation.
5. General administration duties.
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator is desirable but not essential.
2. Highly organised.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
7. Can commute to Lichfield.
