Responsibilities
* Prospect for new leads to promote new business
* Follow-up with leads to increase sales
* Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
* Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
* Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Qualifications
* Must have a valid Real Estate License
* Self-motivation and drive
* Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
