The Role:
Our client, an established dealership group in Poole, is searching for a skilled & experienced Service Manager to become a key member of their aftersales management team.
They are looking for a candidate with experience in high-energy, customer-focused settings, preferably in the automotive, motor trade industry. The ideal individual will possess strong leadership qualities, a proactive and positive demeanour, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Manager:
1. Manage and enhance customer flow to improve overall experience.
2. Coordinate & manage the Front of House team to ensure smooth customer transitions, responsible for five Service Advisors.
3. Analyse and address customer satisfaction feedback to enhance service quality.
4. Mentor and motivate team members on best practices.
5. Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
6. Assist the Aftersales Manager with management duties and daily aftersales operations.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with both staff and customers.
8. Essential for the successful individual to have strong people management skills.
Package:
Basic Salary £40,000 + OTE £50,000.
CBS car scheme.
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] No weekends.
