Contract Coordinator - Luton – Infrastructure

As a Contract Coordinator based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:
1. Liaising with our clients, supporting them with any queries they may have
2. Supporting with clients repairs, invoices and quotes
3. Managing sales orders, liaising with engineers and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
4. Ensuring the system is updated regularly and all information is logged correctly
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between –

5. Previous customer service experience with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
6. To be able to work well in a team environment
7. To be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and engineers in branch
8. Previous administration experience is desirable
