Position: Content & Social Media Specialist
A growing UK manufacturer is building a dynamic in-house marketing team and is seeking a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to help shape their brand’s future. The company has a strong foundation, having worked extensively with external agencies and a specialist digital marketing firm to develop targeted campaigns and effective outreach strategies.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and supporting broader marketing initiatives.
The role involves:
1. Managing social media content - scheduling posts, creating visuals, and handling videography and photography (including post-production editing).
2. Developing marketing materials such as brochures, promotional packs, posters, presentations, and flyers.
3. Supporting and designing email marketing campaigns through HubSpot (experience preferred, but training provided).
4. Contributing to digital and print content strategies to strengthen brand presence.
Skills & Experience Required
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Strong video production skills with a focus on storytelling, composition, and editing.
3. Experience with graphic design for social media (static posts, carousels, promotional visuals).
4. Strong photography and videography skills (DSLR experience preferred).
5. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
