Summary - Basic Function Of The Role Contributes to our Bolting line of business growth by driving sales, developing a new distribution channel, exploring new markets, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative in the fast-evolving industry. Key geographies to focus upon are: UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East, however opportunities may also arise in any country globally and you must be prepared to support any region outside your focus areas. Job Duties And Responsibilities Planning: Develop strategies which support delivery of the primary business growth goals. Determine route to market to meet these goals. Use public and Company market data to formulate and build a funnel of opportunities in the bolting business (torque and tensioning). Teamwork: Work closely with the Regional Commercial Directors and their teams to ensure local execution of the EMEA bolting strategy. Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of the growing Company bolting portfolio (New Product Development) and ensure it is professionally communicated to customers and prospects. Maintain an understanding of industry-wide issues, and those of our customers, and how these translate into business needs. Technology & Experience Exchange: Support the development of a stronger sales and technical support capability within the region regarding bolting New channel: together with the Commercial Director EMEA - Product, organize a new bolting distribution channel by converting Distributors from competition and / or specializing existing Enerpac Distributors. Relationships: Build relationships with the region based global energy companies promoting the Company platform. In conjunction with sales management, identify and manage the development of multi-level contacts in existing and/or prospective accounts. Build positive internal & external relationships with individuals that support the customer. Forecasting/reporting: Build and maintain a funnel of regional business opportunities; work with regional and global teams as appropriate to secure and grow these opportunities. Participates to the EMEA standard reporting. CRM: Use and maintain information in Salesforce.com through Visit Reports, Accounts, Leads and Opportunities creation. Development: Establish and maintain a development plan and agree, execute and evaluate development activities necessary to achieve the results. Gain required skills and knowledge accreditation. Mentor & support other members of the Team ; in particular the Sales organizations. Education And Experience BS/BA degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required. MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management and development of distribution sales channels. Knowledge and bolting market would be appreciated. English and other European languages are a plus. Strong execution, organizational and business presentation skills. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills in an international business environment. Proficiency using electronic spreadsheet, database, word processing and graphical presentation software (Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and Power Point).
