Job Description Procurement Administrator Permanent Position On-site in Leeds office £25k - £28k based on experience A unique opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to join a Global Infrastructure Provider where you will be the first line contact for all Facilities and Procurement related matters. As a Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for: Processing and managing all procurement related requests including raising purchase orders, receipting, and invoice checking in relation to IT and Facilities requests. Managing the internal help desk system and processing service requests. Processing new starts requests and providing equipment. Supporting the Technical Procurement Manager with all new/renewal requests for offices. Updating policies and procedures. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a procurement environment utilising a service desk, procurement, and asset management tool. Excellent customer service and organisational skills. Excellent team player. Proficient in the use of MS Office 365 Previous experience of Dynamics 365 is desirable.
