Your Opportunity:
* Own and deliver a digital product roadmap aligned to our business goals and OKRs.
* Champion the needs of users across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to delivery.
* Translate business requirements into user stories, features, and priorities.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and operations.
* Drive continuous improvement through data, experimentation, and user feedback.
* Manage releases and support rollout of new features and product capabilities.
* Represent the product in key meetings, building strong internal and external relationships.
* Support change management, ensuring successful adoption of new products and enhancements.
* Oversee system configuration, admin tasks, and process documentation.
* Stay ahead of digital trends and product innovations within the SaaS ecosystem.
What we’d like you to bring:
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and third parties alike.
* Proven experience managing digital products in a high-traffic e-commerce environment.
* Excellent commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.
* Analytical and highly organised – able to manage backlogs, prioritise, and plan for delivery.
* Hands-on experience in agile frameworks, UX best practice, and product ways of working.
* A natural problem-solver with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
* Confident communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
* Familiarity with process mapping, data handling, and release management.
* Experience with SaaS products and understanding of systems integrations.
* A proactive learner who keeps up to date through conferences, workshops, and networking.
