The General Manager will have full P&L accountability and oversee all operational aspects of the business. The successful candidate will manage a team of 100+ full-time and part-time employees and provide leadership across operations, finance, innovation, and organizational culture, building a world-class bakery.
As an ideal candidate, you bring cross-functional leadership experience across food manufacturing, including experience leading the development and commercialization of new products. You are a high-energy leader with experience implementing effective operating processes and systems within high-growth environments. This is a full-time, in-person role based out of Coco Bakery’s Mississauga Head Office location.
