As they continue to grow, they are hiring for a driven Sales Representative to help expand their customer base and strengthen relationships in the field. What You'll Be Doing: Identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities to grow the customer base. Achieving sales targets within your assigned region (Belfast) Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing clients. Providing expert advice and guidance on our extensive range of welding and engineering products. Delivering outstanding customer service and representing the brand with professionalism and pride. Supporting the growth of market share in your region through proactive outreach and account development. Who We're Looking For: A hardworking and trustworthy individual with a customer-first mindset. A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Energetic and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to the needs of the business. Comfortable presenting to a variety of clients, from tradespeople to business owners. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. While previous sales experience is not required, a background or interest in welding, engineering, or industrial supplies is a strong advantage.
