Day-to-day of the role: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers. Maintain customer databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports. Manage administrative tasks such as filing and copying. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service; office-based customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
