Our Customer Welcome Hosts work on our gatelines; ensuring customers are travelling on the correct ticket. Customer Welcome Hosts can often be the first point of contact for customers and provide them with help and information. They also play an important part in security searches of the station. You will be the face of EMR at the station, and we are looking for candidates with positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic to join our fantastic team in Nottingham. Key responsibilities of the role include: Greeting customers at the gatelines and directing them to where they're going Checking customer train tickets as they pass through the gate Delivering outstanding levels of service to our customers at all times Providing customers with advice and guidance as necessary Supporting on the platform when required to assist passengers As a Customer Welcome Host, you will be required to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
