Our successful, Telford based client are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. The position is mainly responsible for sales ledger and credit control, but the role will also include some general accounts support.
You will be responsible for:
1. Sales ledger and general administrative duties
2. Allocate all cash receipts
3. Raising sales invoices, applications and credit notes
4. New Customer accounts set up including Experian credit checks and monitoring
5. SAP maintenance
6. Deferred sales
7. Intercompany billing
8. KPI Reporting on Sales and Service works
9. Job costings
10. Aged debtors and debtor days monitoring
11. Assisting with Month End Management Reporting
