Your new role
The main objective of this role is to support the day-to-day HR functions across all departments and all companies. This is a hands-on role and HR experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management of the process for starters and leavers
2. Processing of all payroll and related reporting
3. Managing pension and the associated administration
4. Supporting hiring Managers with recruitment
5. Reporting to senior management and above, as required
6. Liaising with and management of recruitment agencies
7. Management of the travel & expenses along with the associated approvals and policy
8. Management and monitoring of holiday and absence
9. Implementation and ongoing management of benefits for staff
10. Providing HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers
11. Oversight of recruiting contractors and the relevant administration work
12. Liaising with travel providers to provide support and administration for travellers
13. Management of staff prepaid and credit cards
14. Management of expense claims
15. Submission of HR / Payroll returns to external bodies such as HMRC
16. Working with other departments to support training requirements
17. Liaising with internal departments to support Security Clearance applications
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity needs solid experience in HR and payroll experience too.

4. Ability to work within a small, flexible and dynamic team
