Position: Admin Officer Hourly rate: 11.59 PER HOUR Assignment: until 27th June 2025 Location: Carlisle Combined Court Working hours: 37 hours per week Fulfil key business operational priorities, processing county court workload on court IT systems and use of Microsoft programmes in Carlisle Combined court. Dealing with all court users and their enquiries either on the telephone or face to face. Supporting the court hearings. Facilitating CVP and Telephone hearings and the administration of such Prepare and distribute family digital bundles for court hearings Undertake administrative duties in the court office dealing with the casework, producing court orders, taking telephone calls and administering email boxes. Dealing with customers and supporting the work of the court. Assist participants in CVP appointments for court hearings. Prepare for court hearings with timely invitations, to booking that you have made on the caseload of the court. Share details on how to operate the CPV hearings with parties, and act as their first line support on technical issues. Liaise with court colleagues as to requirements for court hearings. Identify solutions to frequently occurring ongoing issues and work with team to share knowledge Requirements: Strong customer service skills and confident dealing with the public Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
