We are looking for a Client Support to join our team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
Job Purpose:
This is an entry-level role supporting the wider Johnston Carmichael Wealth team for someone wishing to progress within Financial Services as multiple career paths are available.
The Client Support will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Understanding and adhering to the defined mail process, ensuring client records are updated.
* Managing client mandate requests and ensuring all requested information has been received and updated on our back office system.
* Maintaining local office stationery levels.
* Accurately maintaining client record information on our back office system, including but not limited to client risk checks (client due diligence, anti-money laundering, risk profile questionnaire) on a timely basis.
About you:
* Friendly and outgoing.
* Have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
* Have good IT Skills including a working knowledge of MS Office.
* Ability to prioritise and have good communication skills.
* Desirable: Experience in a financial services firm.
* Desirable: Obtain certificate in Financial Services.
