Community & Enterprise Resources provide catering and cleaning services in many locations and buildings across South Lanarkshire including schools, council offices and police stations.
Job Duties
1. Carry out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, and walls.
2. Use a buffing machine to clean floors and other surfaces in line with a pre-determined schedule.
3. Ensure the security of the building is maintained and act as a key-holder as required.
4. Monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulations, reporting any difficult issues to management.
5. Remove refuse and deal with waste ensuring appropriate disposal.
