A multi-discipline creative event and design studio are looking to hire a Creative Production Director! You will be responsible for the smooth running of a large number of projects and activations within the agency.
This is an exciting and influential role, as you will be both the light guiding the team towards the project’s success and also responsible for ensuring. the client is always satisfied.
Success in this role means creative flair, effective team management, the ability to inspire others, being able to approach briefs with a creative yet commercial mindset and spotting logistical issues ahead of time with strong and actionable solutions.
Package: £70,000 + Bonus and Generous Beneifts package - London (Hybrid)

The Role:
Your duties are included but not limited to the below:
Project Management
* Leading and producing large-scale projects and activations within the agency–includes full development of creative projects from initial idea through to reality
* Ensuring consistency & quality of projects and improving efficiencies within the team
* Leading and inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget
* Signing off project timelines, proposals and budgets for your direct team
* Managing and sharing client facing budgets and quotes–includes internal budget management and P&L updates
* Contracting negotiation withh 3rd parties–includes management of SOW
Client & Supplier Management
* Lead client contact on day-to-day level, particularly with senior clients
* Pro-actively pitch new event ideas to top clients
* Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.
Team Management
* Managing the teams’ workload and coaching the team where neccessarry.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients’ vision.
* An understanding of how creative production roles complement other departments ,such as finance and client management.
* Skills in managing people, projects and resources.
* Awareness to pre-empt issues across both design and resource.
